  • Basic understanding of financial products and services.
  • Professional verbal communication skills and etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Competency with remote signing tools.
  • Ability to work and operate a webcam for remote duties.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective listening abilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient member service via phone, mail, and facsimile.
  • Process basic member transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Consult with members to identify needs and offer solutions.
  • Cross-sell ancillary products and services.
  • Open new member accounts and complete required documentation.
  • Perform account maintenance such as name changes and beneficiary updates.
  • Identify and report suspected fraud or suspicious behavior.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive member information.
