- Competency with remote signing tools.
- Ability to work and operate a webcam for remote duties.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective listening abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient member service via phone, mail, and facsimile.
- Process basic member transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
- Consult with members to identify needs and offer solutions.
- Cross-sell ancillary products and services.
- Open new member accounts and complete required documentation.
- Perform account maintenance such as name changes and beneficiary updates.
- Identify and report suspected fraud or suspicious behavior.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive member information.
