Requirements
- Experience working in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments.
- Must have a hard-wired Ethernet connection (no satellite/hotspots).
- Ability to quickly learn custom software, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, and Zoom.
- Previous work-from-home experience or experience with minimal peer interactions.
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes.
- Must be punctual and attend work every day for the entire duration of the shift.
- Must attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity to work on a computer and keyboard.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations in a calm and peaceful manner regarding end-of-life care.
- Provide customer service by engaging in positive interactions with pet families.
- Answer a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment.
- Demonstrate dependability and sound judgment by adhering to schedules.
- Gather and accurately document the pet’s medical information.
- Schedule appointments in an effective manner.
- Meet all productivity, quality, and performance standards.
- Provide stellar customer service to pet families and veterinarians.
- Maintain punctuality regarding attendance and work deadlines.
