Requirements

  • Experience working in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments.
  • Must have a hard-wired Ethernet connection (no satellite/hotspots).
  • Ability to quickly learn custom software, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, and Zoom.
  • Previous work-from-home experience or experience with minimal peer interactions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes.
  • Must be punctual and attend work every day for the entire duration of the shift.
  • Must attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity to work on a computer and keyboard.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Guide emotional conversations in a calm and peaceful manner regarding end-of-life care.
  • Provide customer service by engaging in positive interactions with pet families.
  • Answer a high volume of customer service calls in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrate dependability and sound judgment by adhering to schedules.
  • Gather and accurately document the pet’s medical information.
  • Schedule appointments in an effective manner.
  • Meet all productivity, quality, and performance standards.
  • Provide stellar customer service to pet families and veterinarians.
  • Maintain punctuality regarding attendance and work deadlines.
