Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED certificate.
  • 1 year of experience in call center or customer service operations.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Ability to learn and use multiple internal/external systems and platforms.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time.
  • Ability to analyze information and develop solutions.
  • Reliable internet connection (50 Mbps down/10 Mbps up minimum).

Responsibilities

  • Receives and responds to inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other digital platforms.
  • Utilizes defined criteria to determine eligibility and relay program information.
  • Coordinates and facilitates new and recurring appointments.
  • Guides participants through pre-visit requirements and provides technical support.
  • Reviews systems to determine member cost share and collects payments.
  • Maintains thorough and confidential records.
  • Assists with troubleshooting access to care, scheduling, and claims for providers.
  • Reviews systems to ensure proper license/certification for new Virtual Therapists.
  • Meets department scorecard expectations and quality standards.
