Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED certificate.
- 1 year of experience in call center or customer service operations.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Ability to learn and use multiple internal/external systems and platforms.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time.
- Ability to analyze information and develop solutions.
- Reliable internet connection (50 Mbps down/10 Mbps up minimum).
Responsibilities
- Receives and responds to inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other digital platforms.
- Utilizes defined criteria to determine eligibility and relay program information.
- Coordinates and facilitates new and recurring appointments.
- Guides participants through pre-visit requirements and provides technical support.
- Reviews systems to determine member cost share and collects payments.
- Maintains thorough and confidential records.
- Assists with troubleshooting access to care, scheduling, and claims for providers.
- Reviews systems to ensure proper license/certification for new Virtual Therapists.
- Meets department scorecard expectations and quality standards.
