Requirements

- At least 2 years of remote IT support or service desk experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL service delivery and escalation workflows.
- Knowledge of POS, MNSP, and fuel management systems (preferred).
- Skills in MDM and RMM tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support.
- Provide remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot POS systems and MNSP-related disruptions.
- Coordinate with field technicians and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.
