Requirements

  • At least 2 years of remote IT support or service desk experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL service delivery and escalation workflows.
  • Knowledge of POS, MNSP, and fuel management systems (preferred).
  • Skills in MDM and RMM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot POS systems and MNSP-related disruptions.
  • Coordinate with field technicians and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.
