Requirements
- Degree or diploma in computer science or related field preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Access Control and CCTV systems.
- Strong network and computer skills/knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete programming assignments within assigned hours to minimize emergency calls.
- Assist with start-up of new equipment or system installations.
- Perform work assignments safely and within cost limits.
- Service CCTV and access control security systems.
- Create detailed documentation and incident reports for equipment troubleshooting.
- Deliver routine system health and compliance reporting to customers.
- Pre-stage and configure systems prior to deployment.
- Perform custom support functions related to customer security equipment and compliance.
