Requirements
- 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
- Windows 11 Pro laptop or desktop computer with video-calling capability.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (60 WPM preferred).
- Strong oral and written communication skills with clear diction.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to show customer empathy and diplomacy.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours between 6 am PST and 6 pm PST, Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday hours.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to book appointments for no-cost In-home Health Assessments.
- Address customer needs, inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
- Respond efficiently to callers, explaining solutions and ensuring customer support.
- Practice active listening, clarify information, and diffuse difficult situations.
- Build professional relationships with customers and team members.
- Use software, databases, scripts, and tools to manage call information.
- Strive to meet or exceed established call center metrics.
- Participate in training and learning opportunities.
- Attend video meetings as required.
