Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Windows 11 Pro laptop or desktop computer with video-calling capability.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (60 WPM preferred).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with clear diction.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to show customer empathy and diplomacy.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours between 6 am PST and 6 pm PST, Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday hours.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to book appointments for no-cost In-home Health Assessments.
  • Address customer needs, inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
  • Respond efficiently to callers, explaining solutions and ensuring customer support.
  • Practice active listening, clarify information, and diffuse difficult situations.
  • Build professional relationships with customers and team members.
  • Use software, databases, scripts, and tools to manage call information.
  • Strive to meet or exceed established call center metrics.
  • Participate in training and learning opportunities.
  • Attend video meetings as required.
