- Proven success sourcing technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized automotive talent
- Experience using ATS and CRM platforms
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools such as hireEZ
- Strong candidate assessment and talent advocacy skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience supporting motorsports, performance automotive, or aftermarket engineering teams strongly preferred
- Understanding of vehicle performance systems or racing operations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage passive talent across motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering markets
- Build pipelines of specialized talent including engineers, technicians, program managers, and business leadership
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, ATS/CRM platforms, and industry networks for talent identification
- Screen resumes and profiles to assess candidate fit and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders
- Participate in intake meetings, calibration sessions, and search strategy discussions
- Conduct market mapping, competitor research, and provide talent intelligence data
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems and track pipeline activity
