  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
  • Proven success sourcing technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized automotive talent
  • Experience using ATS and CRM platforms
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools such as hireEZ
  • Strong candidate assessment and talent advocacy skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience supporting motorsports, performance automotive, or aftermarket engineering teams strongly preferred
  • Understanding of vehicle performance systems or racing operations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage passive talent across motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering markets
  • Build pipelines of specialized talent including engineers, technicians, program managers, and business leadership
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, ATS/CRM platforms, and industry networks for talent identification
  • Screen resumes and profiles to assess candidate fit and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders
  • Participate in intake meetings, calibration sessions, and search strategy discussions
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor research, and provide talent intelligence data
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems and track pipeline activity
