- Experience sourcing passive candidates in niche talent markets.
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools such as hireEZ.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, business, and professional positions.
- Manage candidate screenings, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding activities.
- Source and engage passive candidates in niche motorsports, performance automotive, and engineering markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide consultative market guidance.
- Build and maintain pipelines of specialized talent through networking, market mapping, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and CRM platforms to track pipeline activity and process compliance.
