Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience in technology and solution architecture for large Oracle ERP environments.
- Deep technical expertise in Oracle EBS, Hyperion, SOA, IAM, OAS/OBIEE, RAC, and Exadata.
- Strong capability in enterprise, solution, and cloud architecture (TOGAF, OCI, AWS, Azure).
- Experience in integration across SOA, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with AI/ML, analytics platforms, MLOps, and BI tools such as Oracle Analytics Server or Incorta.
- Solid understanding of security controls, High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and performance tuning.
- Proven skills in Agile delivery, vendor management, and large-scale digital transformation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust (NACI) clearance.
- Must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture for complex Oracle ERP environments (EBS R12.2, Hyperion, Oracle IAM, OKTA, OBIEE).
- Define multi-year technology roadmaps and architectural modernization plans.
- Design hybrid/multi-cloud models and integration frameworks for OCI, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Architect AI/ML and automation use cases for ERP processes, including pipeline and model development.
- Ensure system compliance with security and regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and FedRAMP.
- Collaborate with CMS stakeholders on portfolio planning, governance, and architecture reviews.
- Conduct impact analysis and provide technical leadership through design, testing, and cutover phases.
