Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years in a marketing, growth, or GTM role with hands-on technical building.
  • Demonstrated experience shipping real agents and workflows using Claude Code, Clay, n8n, or Zapier.
  • Strong fundamentals in marketing positioning, messaging, and campaign design.
  • Proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce beyond standard user access.
  • Hands-on experience with a data warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery) and SQL.
  • Experience with reverse-ETL tools like Census or Hightouch.
  • Systems mindset with experience in version control and documentation.
  • Ability to evaluate build-vs-buy trade-offs for marketing tooling.
  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing, growth, or GTM role.

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship agentic marketing workflows using Claude Code, n8n, and Zapier across demand generation and ABM.
  • Build reusable enrichment and signal plays to surface high-intent accounts.
  • Strengthen the lead-to-opportunity data foundation including segmentation, routing, and funnel traceability.
  • Build a warehouse-native data spine using reverse-ETL to sync signals into Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to maintain marketing automation infrastructure including Marketo and Outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a UTM governance framework and attribution logic.
  • Build account-based marketing infrastructure for targeting and multi-threaded buying-group plays.
  • Document systems for handoff, version control, and team continuity.
