Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a similar role.
- Experience in a Payments or Fintech environment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading product launches and driving GTM strategy that delivers measurable business results.
- Strategic thinker capable of connecting customer needs, market trends, and product development.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex ideas.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to influence strategy and optimize user engagement.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving ability with a bias for action.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product teams to identify new opportunities and shape the product roadmap using customer and competitive insights.
- Own end-to-end strategy and execution for high-impact go-to-market initiatives from beta to launch.
- Design and execute scalable programs to drive merchant engagement and product adoption.
- Develop product vision and messaging for high-level client-facing materials and roadmap meetings.
- Analyze complex data sets to refine positioning and identify growth levers for product performance.
- Lead cross-functional alignment and resolve dependencies across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics teams.
