Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, or strategic GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
- Expertise in market research, including running win/loss interviews and synthesizing market data.
- Proven track record of developing and owning a market point of view.
- Fluent in the use of AI tools to increase productivity and sharpen strategy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tell clear, defensible stories.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting data and testing hypotheses.
- Experience enabling Sales and Success teams with effective training and content.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and build strategies from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Boulevard's industry narrative for the Medspa market based on research and customer insights.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on clinical and aesthetic trends and regulatory dynamics.
- Conduct voice-of-customer research and win/loss analysis to inform strategy.
- Define and maintain the Medspa vertical toolkit, including positioning, messaging, and ICP definitions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute GTM plays and enable Sales and Success teams.
- Inform product roadmap priorities, pricing, and packaging strategies through vertical-specific insights.
- Evaluate and size new adjacent market opportunities for vertical expansion.
