Requirements
- 3–5 years in product marketing, industry marketing, or a related strategic GTM role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong research skills with experience running win/loss interviews and synthesizing market signals.
- Proven track record of developing and owning a market point of view.
- Fluent in modern AI tools to compress timelines and enhance output.
- Confident, precise communication and storytelling ability.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting data to guide strategy and messaging.
- Proven experience enabling Sales and Success teams with content and training.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
- Experience in vertical SaaS, medical aesthetics, or healthcare-adjacent spaces (bonus).
- Experience evaluating new market entry opportunities (TAM sizing, opportunity assessment) (bonus).
- Background in strategy, consulting, or market research (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the industry narrative for the Medspa market based on research and customer insight.
- Act as an internal subject matter expert on clinical trends, regulatory dynamics, and industry forecasts.
- Lead voice-of-customer research and win/loss analysis to inform strategy.
- Develop internal toolkits including positioning, messaging, ICP definitions, and target account guidance.
- Partner with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Brand teams to execute GTM plays.
- Collaborate with R&D PMMs to provide vertical insights for product roadmap priorities.
- Contribute vertical-specific insights to pricing and packaging strategy.
- Work with the Strategy team to identify, size, and pressure-test new adjacent vertical opportunities.
