Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an EA, Operations, or Senior Admin role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Strong written English and communication skills
  • Experience with Xero is desirable
  • Background in Aviation or Hospitality is a plus
  • Familiarity with Teams and AkiFlow, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Confident using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be based in the Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, triage, and manage the Director's email inbox and Teams
  • Manage calendar and scheduling for internal coordination and external client appointments
  • Oversee and maintain task management apps including Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Planner, and AkiFlow
  • Handle general administrative tasks across the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Assist with Xero administration and bookkeeping support
  • Coordinate communications, meeting prep, and follow-ups on the Director's behalf
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to draft communications and summarize information
