Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Up to 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, or content marketing.
  • Proven experience in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and quality assurance skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data-driven metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of integrated B2B campaigns across email, social, digital ads, and events.
  • Partner with content and design teams to traffic creative assets, manage versioning, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Support campaign setup in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Manage campaign calendars, asset libraries, and content repositories for cross-team visibility.
  • QA content, links, and creative assets prior to launch to ensure quality.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics to provide optimization insights.
  • Manage timelines and project deliverables using marketing project management tools like Asana or Workfront.
  • Maintain data hygiene, segmentation integrity, and lead attribution accuracy in marketing databases.
