Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, lifecycle/CRM, or marketing operations.
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior marketing role.
- Demonstrated success leading campaigns and teams to measurable growth.
- Fluency in analytics and reporting tools including GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Expertise in Google Sheets and Excel for data-driven decision making.
- Proven ownership of CRM lifecycle campaigns and new customer acquisition campaigns.
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with Hatch (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with Marketing Pro (or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute field marketing plans that align with revenue, capacity, and seasonality across digital and traditional channels.
- Own the field marketing budget and allocate spend across campaigns and markets to maximize ROI.
- Lead and mentor brand marketing managers and the marketing specialist team, upholding clear goals and quality standards.
- Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, OOH, TV, Radio, and more.
- Oversee CRM journeys and automations using platforms like ServiceTitan Marketing Pro and Hatch.
- Monitor performance metrics including CPL, CPA, speed-to-lead, and LTV to translate data into actionable insights.
- Partner with the Director of Digital on attribution, call tracking, SEO, and CRM integrations.
- Manage relationships and SLAs with creative, print, web, and lifecycle vendors.
