  • 7+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Significant experience supporting engineering organizations at high-growth startups.
  • Demonstrated success hiring senior software engineers and engineering leaders.
  • Strong understanding of technical organizations and engineering talent markets.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior engineering stakeholders and executives.
  • Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and closing capabilities.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting strategy and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior engineering and technical leadership roles.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies, workforce planning, and interview processes.
  • Build strong pipelines of passive technical talent through creative sourcing and networking.
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing, calibration, and candidate evaluation.
  • Drive operational excellence across recruiting metrics, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Improve recruiting processes through thoughtful use of AI, automation, and recruiting technology.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through closing.
  • Mentor recruiters and sourcers while helping establish recruiting best practices across the organization.
  • Continuously refine Ondo’s employer brand within engineering communities.
