Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role supporting data products or analytics initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data integration, and enterprise data management concepts.
- Experience working with SQL and Snowflake to understand and validate data solutions.
- Strong Excel skills with experience analyzing and validating complex datasets.
- Basic knowledge of Python, with an understanding of how it can support automation and data processes.
- Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), backlog management, and requirements prioritization.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for strategic data initiatives, ensuring work is aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define product vision, and translate business needs into actionable user stories.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical work to maximize business value and support delivery roadmaps.
- Facilitate communication between business teams, data engineers, architects, and technical delivery teams.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining validation criteria and ensuring delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Information Delivery and Data Engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure scalable data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across multiple data sources.
- Promote Agile and SAFe best practices while supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product delivery activities.
