Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner embedded within engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience owning a backlog for teams building AI or ML features.
- Hands-on experience with data platform initiatives, including data pipelines, ETL, and data warehousing.
- Proven track record of managing sprint velocity, release frequency, and unblocking teams.
- Ability to operate under established project visions.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or Airflow (nice to have).
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (nice to have).
- Supply Chain industry experience (nice to have).
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent qualification (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution with the engineering team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story writing.
- Translate client vision into actionable, well-defined technical tickets.
- Drive delivery cadence and maintain team accountability.
- Identify and remove blockers to ensure consistent progress.
- Operate effectively under established project visions.
