Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Solid experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks).
- Previous experience as Product Owner in SaaS and B2B product environments.
- Experience in building and managing digital products from discovery to delivery.
- Strong ability to define priorities based on business value and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (Business, Tech, UX, Engineering).
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and evolve the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage and refine the product backlog, including features, improvements, and bug prioritization.
- Lead backlog refinement and support sprint planning, coordinating dependencies across multiple teams when necessary.
- Identify customer needs and translate them into product opportunities based on data analysis and market understanding.
- Act as the main point of contact between business, clients, and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct training and guidance sessions with clients to support agile understanding and improve product usage.
- Ensure the product backlog remains visible, transparent, and prioritized to maximize value delivery.
