Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Account Director or similar leadership role in a B2B environment.
  • 5+ years experience working in the energy and utilities industry (strongly preferred).
  • Strategic understanding of Web, Mobile App, Cloud, and Marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and expanding accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Advanced technical and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and relevant business tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to support occasional travel (less than 25% of the time).

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain sound relationships with existing energy and utility clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders to drive customer success.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, analyze data, and perform Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support expansion initiatives.
  • Anticipate and resolve risks, issues, or challenges to ensure high retention.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, account updates, and activity reports.
