Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Account Director or similar leadership role in a B2B environment.
- 5+ years experience working in the energy and utilities industry (strongly preferred).
- Strategic understanding of Web, Mobile App, Cloud, and Marketing principles.
- Demonstrated track record of managing and expanding accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Advanced technical and business acumen.
- Proficiency in CRM software and relevant business tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to support occasional travel (less than 25% of the time).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain sound relationships with existing energy and utility clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders to drive customer success.
- Monitor account performance metrics, analyze data, and perform Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Identify and drive opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support expansion initiatives.
- Anticipate and resolve risks, issues, or challenges to ensure high retention.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, account updates, and activity reports.
