Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural design
- Experience with low-rise residential and hospitality projects (private homes, villas, hotels, resorts)
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Experience with sketch-oriented software such as Rhino, Lumion, or Enscape
- Advanced/Fluent level of English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio is a must
Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of high-end hospitality projects as a design architect
- Conduct feasibility studies, volumetric proposals, area calculations, and land plot analyses
- Interpret design briefs and collaborate with client representatives
- Perform design research and create presentations, mood boards, and reference materials
- Execute concept design development, including massing proposals, volumetric studies, and architectural layouts
- Develop concept layouts into Revit models and foundational inputs for the CGI team
- Collaborate with internal structural and MEP teams and local Architects of Record (AOR)
- Support FF&E procurement with quantity calculations, material research, and detailing
- Mentor junior team members and supervise work performed by BIM modelers
