Requirements
- Project experience in project stage LP5 in Germany (min. 3 years)
- Experience in residential buildings of building class 4 and/or 5
- Proficiency in relevant German regulations and codes
- Experience in timber construction
- Experience in Revit
- Experience in AutoCAD
- Fluent German skills
- Fluent English skills
- Experience in Rhino is a plus
Responsibilities
- Project development in stage LP5 (detail planning)
- Implementation of state-of-the-art architectural and technical solutions in our timber residential Building Product
- Constant and controlled evolution of the Product within the Series- and Change Management
- Coordination with design disciplines like Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, Fire Protection, and Energy Design
- Contribute to the improvement of our Digital Value Chain in close collaboration with the Product and Technology Teams
- Design for user centricity, DfMA, sustainability, and cost
