  • A proven interest in engineering and design with a natural curiosity

  • A Civil Engineering related degree or working towards a relevant professional qualification with a good understanding of constructions standards such as; DMRB, specification for highway works, BS 7533 Design Standards, SuDS design manuals (CIRIA SuDS manual e.g.) would be beneficial
  • A full driving license and the ability to travel throughout the South of England, ideally living on patch
  • Providing engineering and design solutions within the specialist area of Pavement Engineering.
  • Working closely with the external sales teams, becoming the β€˜go-to’ for technical design advice.
  • Getting out, alongside the external sales team, to a wide range of customers and internal stakeholders to confidently deliver information.
  • Create technical proposals, build and deliver engineering-focused CPD presentations and provide support to the resolution of on-site issues.
  • Support the development of new products, systems and design methodology.
  • Developing a network of contacts and relationships within the engineering community is essential as you share your knowledge and best practice and come up with new ideas.
