Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment.
- Experience with sales cycles under 2–3 months.
- Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+).
- Track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot or similar tools.
- Comfort with data and reporting, including using Excel or Google Sheets to build and interpret dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills, including confident presenting and writing.
- Strong ownership mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls (inbound) with parents and students to understand their goals, explain the admissions process, and recommend the right Inspira programs and packages.
- Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first touch through enrollment by building trust and ensuring a positive experience.
- Follow up strategically and consistently to anticipate questions, resolve concerns, and help prospects decide to partner with Inspira.
- Experiment with new sales scripts, messaging, and follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Close deals across a range of programs and services, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, counseling, and finance teams to ensure seamless handoffs and strong alignment.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle, including tracking leads, forecasting revenue, and maintaining data integrity.
- Support onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students to ensure a strong start and high satisfaction.
