Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design roles.
- 2+ years in senior-level design positions at significant global consumer brands.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects from proposal through release.
- Ability to communicate visual and interaction recommendations with high-quality mockups and prototypes.
- Experience with project management and design execution workflows.
- Ability to write creative briefs defining project goals, rationale, and success metrics.
- Proficiency in research, experimentation, and data analysis.
- Skills in managing ambiguity to solve vague design problems.
- Experience participating in prioritization, strategy, and user testing.
- Willingness to mentor and support other designers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve problems across current product offerings and pioneer new solutions.
- Autonomously lead highly impactful projects that scale across millions of users.
- Assess vague problems, propose high-impact solutions, and execute them against success criteria.
- Communicate visual and interaction recommendations via high-quality mockups, prototypes, and rationale.
- Manage projects from proposal through execution and release while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative research and experimentation to drive decisions.
- Educate, guide, and support other team members to maintain design quality.
