Requirements
- 5+ years managing technology implementations such as ERP, CRM, or field service platforms.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service or similar scheduling/dispatch platforms.
- Experience coordinating UAT, defect triage, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Proficiency writing functional specifications and user stories.
- Strong change management and end-user adoption experience, particularly with field-facing groups.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or equivalent.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
Responsibilities
- Own the Salesforce Field Service implementation roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Define and document functional requirements, including user stories and specifications for field service workflows.
- Coordinate across internal teams, technical resources, and external vendors.
- Lead UAT planning, defect triage, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
- Execute change management strategies, including end-user training and adoption planning for field teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between field operations, technical teams, and executive sponsors.
