Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in project or program management leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles from inception to transition.
- Deep expertise in project management and agile methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills with experience influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of translating data into strategic insights and ROI reporting.
- Experience establishing PMO standards and mentoring junior project staff.
- Professional-level fluency in English with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle high-pressure, ambiguous situations.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM) certifications are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery from scope definition to final release, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
- Define measurable goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, risks, and project status.
- Drive delivery using agile principles, including facilitating sprints and managing release calendars.
- Lead engineering teams, unblocking impediments and maintaining high team velocity.
- Identify and resolve conflicts proactively, developing contingency plans for technical and operational risks.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and resource allocation for large-scale initiatives.
- Oversee integration of client requirements into roadmaps while ensuring compliance and value delivery.
- Establish PMO methodologies, agile frameworks, and best practices to improve operational excellence.
- Analyze project performance data to extract insights on profitability and ROI.
