Requirements
- Located in the US, specifically within the Central or Eastern regions.
- 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.
- Proven track record of driving continued partner growth and revenue.
- Knowledge and strong relationships with SMB and SME focused resellers and MSP partners.
- Strong relationships with top VARs and Integrators.
- Consistent track record of achieving annual quota targets.
- Proficient user of CRM tools, Gsuite, and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication skills including listening, writing, and public speaking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- IT security product experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Startup or pre $100M revenue company experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Build a 3-5X pipeline through effective prospecting and lead management.
- Focus on closing business in companies with 1000+ employees.
- Manage and report sales pipeline within CRM to provide accurate revenue visibility.
- Recruit and onboard new partners, facilitating proactive demand generation activities.
- Maintain regional partner plans mapping partner strengths to target opportunities.
- Track and manage lead flow between partners and the internal sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver programs and campaigns to create interest among partners' customers.
- Set financial goals for focus partners and drive multiple key channel initiatives.
