Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
  • 12-15 years of biopharma industry experience.
  • 8-12+ years of experience leading an oncology sales team.
  • Proven track record of success leading product launches, ideally in NSCLC oncology therapeutic space.
  • Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling best-in-class sales teams.
  • Proven performer in highly competitive marketplaces.
  • Experience in small to midsize biotech space.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to travel ~50% for meetings and programs.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and develop a best-in-class sales team, cultivating a culture of exceptional performance and accountability.
  • Design and implement area-specific sales strategies that align with brand objectives using market insights.
  • Drive team performance by setting clear goals, providing coaching, and managing quarterly business plans.
  • Oversee relationships with major health systems, practice networks, and GPOs to maximize product utilization.
  • Participate in the Sales leadership team to provide strategic input and represent the field perspective.
  • Utilize sales data and analytics to build launch plans and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing and commercial training teams on strategy and skill-building.
