- 3-5+ years of experience supporting a team of individual contributors at multiple levels.
- Demonstrated experience building user-centric engineering products.
- Expertise in delivering value through MVPs, frequent deployments, and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices for managing software development.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and consensus across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with a team-centric and remote-reliant approach to collaboration.

- Experience providing project management for complex, end-to-end technical projects.
- Proven track record in recruiting, retaining, and growing engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers working on ActBlue’s unified authentication and authorization framework.
- Support the professional development of five direct reports through feedback, coaching, and regular check-ins.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX leads to formulate and execute strategic product roadmaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including security, platform engineering, and operations.
- Ensure team roadmap delivery while maintaining high standards for security, maintainability, and scalability.
- Facilitate technical decision-making and promote a user-centric approach to product iteration.
- Drive transparent communication and resolve blockers to ensure timely and high-quality results.
