Requirements
- L&D experience in a healthcare setting (clinical operations, community health, telehealth, or value-based care).
- Demonstrated instructional design skills (e-learning, video content, job aids, assessments).
- Hands-on LMS experience (TalentLMS preferred).
- Experience supporting frontline care teams (Care Navigators, Community Health Workers).
- Familiarity with compliance training and health plan/HIPAA-adjacent requirements.
- Ability to build and track readiness dashboards and reports.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and group facilitation.
- Tech-fluent in Slack, Google Suite, and e-learning authoring tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain training programs for Care Advocates across onboarding, systems, and compliance.
- Build e-learning modules, videos, job aids, and assessments using adult learning principles.
- Lead virtual onboarding sessions and workshops for clinical and frontline staff.
- Manage TalentLMS end-to-end, including course organization, enrollments, and reporting.
- Oversee compliance training and certification tracking to ensure audit readiness.
- Partner with Clinical Operations SMEs to align training with current workflows and performance goals.
- Analyze training metrics and readiness data to drive continuous improvement and individual coaching.
