Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in contracts management or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated expertise negotiating and drafting SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments.
- Strong working knowledge of SaaS-specific contract concepts including subscription models, SLAs, DPAs, and indemnification clauses.
- Extensive experience using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume contract workload independently.
- Strong prioritization skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent formal drafting and communication skills.
- Expertise with Ironclad (nice to have).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments.
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contract terms directly with customers and vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for contract-related inquiries from Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, clause libraries, fallback positions, and contracting playbooks.
- Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve contracting workflows and reduce cycle times.
