Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in contracts management or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise negotiating and drafting SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments.
  • Strong working knowledge of SaaS-specific contract concepts including subscription models, SLAs, DPAs, and indemnification clauses.
  • Extensive experience using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume contract workload independently.
  • Strong prioritization skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent formal drafting and communication skills.
  • Expertise with Ironclad (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end contract lifecycle management for a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscription agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and amendments.
  • Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contract terms directly with customers and vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for contract-related inquiries from Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve contract templates, clause libraries, fallback positions, and contracting playbooks.
  • Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve contracting workflows and reduce cycle times.
