Requirements
- Mid to Senior-level experience in technical roles (software engineering, sales engineering, technical product management)
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Hands-on experience with Linux installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Hands-on software development, networking, or DevOps experience
- Strong client-facing operational experience, ideally within the Defense Industrial Base
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and practices
- Ability to support occasional travel up to 25%
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member owning technical aspects of direct customer deployment implementations
- Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Second Front products and represent the company as a subject matter expert
- Identify areas for improvement in onboarding or customer support processes and engage with product teams
- Onboard customers’ applications into GameWarden for security scanning and accreditation
- Configure and perform customer deployments in cloud environments
- Work with on-premises hardware to prepare and install devices with secure OS and Kubernetes
