  • Proven proficiency in logistics management, booth coordination, and shipping for events.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams with a commercial mindset focused on revenue.
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies and contractors.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing and developing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute field marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and sales targets to drive pipeline.
  • Manage the field marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI on all programs and activities.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify key opportunities and design targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute regional marketing programs, including tradeshows, conferences, roadshows, and customer workshops.
  • Drive end-to-end management of field marketing events from initial selection and strategy through to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate with executive and C-suite speakers on event participation, abstracts, and talk tracks.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and contractors to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
