- Hands-on experience planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and field events.
- Proven proficiency in logistics management, booth coordination, and shipping for events.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with sales teams with a commercial mindset focused on revenue.
- Experience managing external marketing agencies and contractors.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute field marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and sales targets to drive pipeline.
- Manage the field marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI on all programs and activities.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify key opportunities and design targeted marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute regional marketing programs, including tradeshows, conferences, roadshows, and customer workshops.
- Drive end-to-end management of field marketing events from initial selection and strategy through to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate with executive and C-suite speakers on event participation, abstracts, and talk tracks.
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies and contractors to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
