Requirements
- 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
- Strong experience managing end-to-end event execution across multiple programs
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and event management tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize for ROI and pipeline impact
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Own planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, and field marketing events
- Define event strategy, selection, budgeting, and performance measurement
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including booth setup, collateral, and lead capture
- Design engaging event experiences aligned with brand and mission positioning
- Build pre-, during-, and post-event demand generation campaigns
- Partner with sales teams to ensure strong pipeline follow-up and conversion
- Track, analyze, and report on event ROI, pipeline influence, and revenue impact
