Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- 2+ years of experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Previous experience working on a Growth engineering team.
- Varied experience building full-stack web-based systems and features.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency with relational databases, such as PostgreSQL.
- Prior experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Ops to research and build features driving user adoption.
- Design and ship experiments to increase trial user engagement.
- Build systems for personalized onboarding experiences for trial users.
- Improve feature areas across app modules to increase usage and reduce churn.
- Help set the strategic direction for the growth team and product experience.
