Requirements
- 7+ years of experience shipping production full-stack software, ideally in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
- Strong CS fundamentals with fluency in a core language, preferably Python.
- Deep experience with large datasets, including SQL, relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redshift), and AWS data services (S3, Athena, Lambda).
- Proficiency in front-end development, specifically Angular or similar frameworks.
- Fluency in AI/ML and LLM technologies, with experience building these into products.
- Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) for development.
- Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Experience with distributed systems at scale is preferred.
- Hospitality technology, pricing, or revenue management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own full-stack features from start to finish, partnering with product teams on discovery and supporting production work.
- Partner with product managers to scope and deliver high-impact software solutions.
- Design and scale data systems, including managing large datasets via AWS and data lakes.
- Build and maintain AI/ML and LLM-powered features across the full lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers and improve team standards through pairing, code review, and technical leadership.
