- Manage ingestion, processing, and production workflows across active cases, and validate outputs before they reach clients.
- Apply systematic QC standards, document findings, and resolve issues before they reach clients or the pod.
- Diagnose and resolve collection anomalies, processing failures, metadata errors, and production format disputes.
- Help clients structure data workflows, processing specifications, and review protocols.
- Receive data handoffs from Client Services pods, document chain of custody, and capture requirements before work begins.
- Manage intake through a dedicated queue and communicate proactively about capacity and timelines.
- Surface recurring data-layer issues, document edge cases, and contribute platform feedback through testing.
- Create and maintain processing guides, QC checklists, and workflow standards.
