About Fidus Systems
Fidus Systems pioneers leading-edge electronic product development, delivering next-generation hardware, embedded software, and FPGA solutions. Since 2001, we have completed over 4,000 projects for 400+ clients, achieving a 95% repeat-client rate. Our teams craft complex embedded systems as turnkey solutions, from concept to delivery. You will contribute to products in aerospace, telecommunications, medical, and automotive sectors. We are a Premier Adaptive Computing Partner for AMD North America.
How We Work
Fidus champions a hybrid work environment with remote opportunities, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. We encourage open collaboration where ideas are shared freely across our design centers in Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo, and San Jose. You will experience a supportive team environment, contributing to meaningful projects. Decisions are made collaboratively, valuing diverse perspectives.
Engineering at Fidus Systems
Our engineers solve complex, high-speed challenges across diverse industries, often working with emerging technologies before they reach the broader market. You will engage with high-speed interfaces like DDR memory and SERDES. We utilize industry-leading tools such as Cadence Sigrity, HSPICE, ADS, HFSS, and Hyperlynx for simulation. Lab validation involves TDR, vector network analyzers, and high-speed oscilloscopes. This role will allow you to influence product performance, manufacturability, and compliance.
