Requirements
- 6+ years in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Demonstrated success closing complex SaaS renewals.
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, packaging, and procurement.
- Strong forecasting and risk management discipline.
- Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, training, or company events.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end renewal strategy for high-ARR, multi-product, or multi-year accounts.
- Own complex pricing, concession, and restructuring discussions.
- Act as an escalation point for stalled or high-risk renewals.
- Mentor and coach P3 Renewal Managers.
- Partner with CS leadership to align value delivery to renewal outcomes.
- Provide structured feedback to RevOps and Product on churn drivers.
- Maintain accurate forecasts for complex renewal portfolios.
