Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a Staff or senior PM level.
- Proven track record owning mobile app products (iOS and/or Android).
- Demonstrated ability to design unified experiences across multiple products.
- Experience designing self-serve customer experiences with thoughtful escalation paths to human support.
- Strong instincts around monetization, product positioning, CTA structuring, and purchase flow optimization.
- Experience working across web and native apps simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams.
- Proven ability to drive decisions without authority.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and setting independent direction.
- Bonus: Experience with AI-powered product features, SMB or subscription products, or growth experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for the logged-in Web & native app experiences, focused on engagement depth, repeat usage, and in-app monetization.
- Partner with the Velo team to integrate AI business guide capabilities into the logged-in experience.
- Collaborate with product managers across the formation, compliance, marketing, and fintech suites to create a coherent customer experience.
- Identify and run experiments to lift core engagement, retention, and product-attachment metrics.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing to execute the product vision.
- Lead activation initiatives and surface key products to drive usage and attachment.
- Optimize the purchase funnel by identifying and reducing friction.
- Use AI tools like Claude, Lovable, v0, and Replit for research, ideation, prototyping, and experiment design.
- Prototype high-potential ideas for rapid feedback and iteration.
