Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of executing at a high velocity to deliver exceptional enterprise customer experiences
  • Fluency in enterprise security and governance - identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks
  • Understanding of how IT and security teams evaluate and adopt enterprise capabilities
  • Understanding of website and AI technologies and the tools marketing teams use to build and optimize their sites
  • Systems thinker able to zoom out to understand how a feature fits into broader product strategy
  • Ability to thrive in the ambiguity of a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proactive embrace of AI and building fluency in emerging technologies

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy of Webflow’s access control, identity, and governance capabilities, ensuring they scale to our largest and most strategic customers
  • Be the voice of our largest customers, working alongside go-to-market teams to shape our enterprise motion and translating field insight into product direction
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to execute on your vision and deliver impact
  • Partner with other product and engineering teams to evangelize access control principles across the company
