Requirements
- 6+ years of significant Product Management experience in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrable experience owning complex data and integration products from 0-to-1 and at scale.
- Proven experience building API and flat-file pipelines and bi-directional syncs, with deep understanding of matching, deduping, and data semantics.
- 2+ years of experience managing technical partnerships, including joint roadmaps, versioning, and deprecation.
- Experience working with major CRM platforms such as Blackbaud, Salesforce, Ellucian, or similar.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Figma Make) to prototype and ship solutions.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to discuss architecture, security, data modeling, and integration trade-offs.
- Proven ability to validate product ideas through direct user discovery and independent data analysis.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy for end-to-end data and integrations, ensuring school data flows reliably into the platform.
- Manage and shape roadmaps for third-party partners, including CRM vendors and connector partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Advancement Services and IT users to understand their systems and pain points.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to prototype, test, and ship solutions, fixes, and data-transformation utilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Partner Success, Data Science, and Business Development teams to drive adoption and resolve integration friction.
- Analyze and optimize the share of schools sending complete data to the platform to reach growth and retention targets.
