Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly close actions, including cash reconciliation, fixed assets, accrued expenses, and credit card reconciliation.
- Manage daily accounts payable (AP) tasks, including bill payments and entry.
- Reconcile cash transactions and prepare weekly cash flow reports.
- Serve as reviewer and administrator for employee expenses.
- Provide audit assistance by fulfilling support requests.
- Maintain company-related documentation and records.
- Manage new customer entry in the accounting system.
- Act as an internal point of contact for accounts payable and credit card management.
