Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in investment strategy, portfolio construction, manager research, private wealth, family office, or alternatives.
- Demonstrated experience as a primary or senior investment professional for UHNW, family office, or institutional clients.
- Hands-on portfolio construction and client portfolio implementation experience (rebalancing, trade-list preparation, liquidity management).
- Strong manager sourcing and due diligence experience across marketable and/or private fund strategies.
- Ability to produce clear, concise investment memos, IC materials, and client-ready proposals.
- Senior communication presence for interacting with clients, advisors, and investment committee members.
- High fiduciary judgment and strong attention to detail.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- CFA, CAIA, or MBA are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary investment professional for Vectis RIA clients, delivering institutional-grade portfolio management.
- Own day-to-day investment operations including proposal workflows, trade coordination, and rebalancing.
- Develop and maintain portfolio construction frameworks, model allocations, and house-view strategy.
- Lead manager sourcing and comprehensive due diligence for marketable and private fund strategies.
- Prepare and present investment committee materials, manager recommendations, and portfolio monitoring updates.
- Partner with advisors to translate client goals into actionable investment proposals and portfolio changes.
