Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-10 years of experience in financial institution operations, marketing, sales, or platform/member services.
- Deep knowledge of the debit and ATM network landscape, pricing, and competitive awareness.
- Strong, confident presentation and speaking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to execute strategy.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Understand strategic direction, competitive positioning, and future goals of network solutions for current clients and prospects.
- Partner with RVPs and CGEs to grow network reach and preserve existing network business.
- Support sales leadership and NSE teams in network business conversations and value proposition articulation.
- Assist in deal strategy and develop expertise in the debit/ATM network landscape.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to enhance value proposition and pricing.
- Deliver sales presentations and provide on-site client visit support.
- Maintain client and competitor information in CRM tool and assist with proposal requests.
