Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with data pipelining and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
- Experience developing applications with Streamlit.
- Ability to partner effectively with non-technical customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering rapid, impactful solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful solutions by identifying and automating manual workflows.
- Perform full-stack engineering across backend, frontend, and data pipelines using Python and React.
- Build and deploy AI-driven solutions to accelerate non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and applications using tools such as Streamlit.
- Collaborate directly with diverse stakeholders to define needs and manage project expectations.
- Contribute to engineering standards and ensure solutions align with the Data and Insights roadmap.
