Job Details

10–15+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, or data strategy roles.
Background in eCommerce is required.
6+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and succession planning.
Proficiency in modern analytics ecosystems (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Expertise in marketing and product analytics platforms (e.g., CDPs, attribution, experimentation).
Proven experience establishing measurement frameworks and governance in environments lacking standardization.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into action.
Experience introducing modern analytics capabilities like AI and automation.
Strategic, systems-oriented mindset with the ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.

Define and maintain north star metrics and KPI hierarchies across the business.
Establish standardized measurement frameworks for growth, retention, product, and channel initiatives.
Partner with leadership to translate business goals into clear success metrics, guardrails, and OKR alignment.
Enforce enterprise metric governance, including definitions, ownership, and change management.
Design measurement outputs that enable decision-making, root-cause analysis, and actionable insights.
Reduce reliance on custom analysis by building reusable frameworks and standardized logic.
Partner with Data Engineering to integrate measurement frameworks into core data architecture.
Shift the organization from dashboard-centric reporting to dynamic, self-serve insight delivery.
