10–15+ years of experience in analytics, measurement, or data strategy roles with progression into senior leadership.
6+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and succession planning.
Proven background in e-commerce; D2C, subscription, or multi-channel business experience is required.
Strong proficiency in modern analytics ecosystems, including BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Expertise in marketing and product analytics platforms such as CDPs, attribution, and experimentation.
Experience establishing measurement frameworks and governance in environments lacking standardization.
Ability to drive adoption and enforce standards across cross-functional stakeholders.
Skilled in KPI design, performance diagnostics, and simplifying complexity for executive communication.
Familiarity with emerging capabilities including automation, self-serve interfaces, and AI.
Comfortable building structure in ambiguous environments.

Define and maintain north star metrics and KPI hierarchies across the business.
Establish standardized measurement frameworks for key growth, retention, product, and channel initiatives.
Enforce enterprise metric governance, including ownership, definitions, and change management processes.
Design measurement outputs and diagnostic frameworks that enable root-cause analysis and actionable insights.
Partner with Data Engineering to embed measurement frameworks into core data architecture.
Introduce self-serve measurement experiences and modern technologies to improve speed and accessibility of insights.
Manage a team of three professionals across Business Intelligence.
